At FitBites, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• The product was damaged during shipping (photo proof required within 24 hours of delivery).
• You received the wrong item (photo proof required).

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after verification. No refund will be given for taste preference or change of mind.
